Charity Mwanzia

Charity Ruth Ndinda Mwanzia is a business management consultant with nine years of experience, and the Founder and CEO of Ianstar Ltd. She specializes in logistics, strategy, and customer service.

She has worked with MSMEs, corporate clients, and government agencies in Kenya and internationally, supporting over 500 MSMEs in export readiness through audits, consulting, training, and coaching.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Nairobi, an International Diploma in Logistics and Transport, a B.Ed. Science Degree from Egerton University, and a Certificate in Customer Service.

Her certifications include online instruction for TOTs, SME strategy development, and courier operations procedures.

She serves as the Board secretary of the Courier Industry Association of Kenya, is a member of the Kenya International Freight & Warehousing Association, and a fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management.
